    1. GESTIÓN DE LOS RESIDUOS DE COMPETENCIA LOCAL EN EL PARQUE TECNOLÓGICO DE VALDEMINGÓMEZ

      Este objetivo se centra en conseguir la máxima eficacia y eficiencia en el funcionamiento de la planta de compostaje de Los Cantiles del Parque Tecnológico de Valdemingómez.

      Una vez que se produce la recepción de la planta de los Cantiles el 3 de diciembre de 2024, el compostaje es un proceso biológico que requiere un periodo de 49 días hasta la obtención del producto final, el compost. Así, el indicador referido a las entradas de materia orgánica tratadas tiene un grado de cumplimiento poco significativo, pues corresponde al inicio del proceso con la carga inicial de 2.840,20 Tn de materia orgánica. Esto supone un grado de cumplimiento del 5,7 % frente a las 50.000 Tn previstas inicialmente para el ejercicio 2024, motivado por las causas anteriormente expuestas, ya que si no hubieran tenido lugar las tres ampliaciones del plazo de ejecución de la obra (la primera en 2023 y la segunda y tercera en 2024), la fase III de explotación de la planta habría comenzado en 2023.

      Con relación al compost producido, como se ha indicado, requiere un proceso biológico de 49 días; por tanto, no se pueden obtener resultados en 2024. El cumplimiento de este indicador se reflejará y verificará el próximo año 2025.
